Made these cookies from the Betty Crocker's Best of Baking Cookbook, 1997. Very crumbly, too much chocolate to dough, plus I think I should have cooked them longer for more Shortbread texture.
These should be called potato Biscuits, quite tasty but not Scones like. I used purple potatoes. Recipe from [Seattle] Fruit and Flower Mission Cookbook, 1930.
I made a sausage and cheese quiche. While it's not one of the recipes, I followed the theme meat plus cheese plus quiche custard sauce. The crust was made following Rich Quiche Pastry Shell, which completely crumbled apart on me.
