Triple Dipped Fried Chicken
Tonight, Brad decided he was going to expand his cooking menu by adding fried chicken. This is definitely one of our new favorites (though I won't get to try it until I get back from Virginia, where I'm in school!) This recipe was found on All Recipes at http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/triple-dipped-fried-chicken/Detail.aspx but we changed it to add more garlic salt and paprika.

Cheese Pinwheel Rolls
1 ball pizza dough
2 Tbls. butter
1 – 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Parmesan cheese, grated
kosher salt
freshly cracked black pepper
garlic powder
kosher salt
freshly cracked black pepper
garlic powder
Makes about a dozen rolls
Lightly grease an 8-inch x 8-inch glass baking pan. Set it aside. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Melt the butter and spread across dough. spread the cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and any other ingredients you want to add. Roll the long end up and then slice into 1 inch segments. Place segments into pan. If required for your dough, let rise 20 minutes then bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. I used Pillsbury refrigerated dough so I cooked immediately.
